  The purpose of the meeting is to correct qualified errors and mutual mistakes of fact pursuant to MCL 211.52b. Also to consider poverty and agricultural exemption pursuant to Public Act 74 of 1995 as amended.

POVERTY EXEMPTION 
 
Poverty Exemption- All forms below must be submitted along with copies of: 
(For each occupant of the residence) 
  • Drivers’ License 
  • Copies of Federal/State income tax returns 
  • Copies of all W-2’s, Social Security Statements & any proof of additional income 
  • Copy of bank statements for prior 3 months 
  • Copy of any/all medical bills/copays (including prescriptions) you pay out of pocket for last year 
  • Copy of utility bills for previous 3 months
